Delete your Eonamel account

You can permanently delete your Eonamel Wellness account and associated application data.

Delete your account inside the app

The fastest method is available directly in Eonamel:

1. Open Eonamel Wellness.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete account & data.
4. Review the confirmation and approve permanent deletion.

If you cannot access the app

You may request deletion by emailing Eonamel Support. The current release uses anonymous authentication, so an email address may not be associated with your Eonamel account. Please provide any account identifier or exported account information available to you so that we can attempt to locate and verify the account securely.

What is deleted

A valid account-deletion request deletes your Eonamel authentication account and associated active application data owned by that account, including profile information and saved application activity such as routines, progress and care-related records.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained only where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution or the ordinary lifecycle of protected backups, where applicable. Such information is not retained for continued use of the deleted account.
