Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Eonamel Wellness application and related services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Eonamel Wellness, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Purpose of Eonamel

Eonamel provides wellness, self-care, routine and progress-support features. The service is intended to help users organize and reflect on personal care activities.

3. Not medical or dental advice

Eonamel is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service, diagnostic system or substitute for professional medical or dental advice. Information and features provided by Eonamel must not be relied upon to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

Always seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional for medical or dental concerns. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information where the application requests it and must not attempt to access another person's account or data.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully or fraudulently;
• attempt to bypass authentication or security controls;
• interfere with the operation or availability of the service;
• reverse engineer or misuse the service except where law permits;
• upload or transmit harmful code or abusive content.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption.

7. Third-party services

Eonamel relies on third-party infrastructure necessary to operate the service, including Google Firebase for authentication and backend services and Dreamflow Cloud for limited static visual assets. Availability of those services may affect Eonamel.

8. Intellectual property

The Eonamel name, application design, original content, software and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licences.

9. Your data

You retain rights in information you provide. Our processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Account deletion

You may permanently delete your account and associated application data using the in-app deletion function or the instructions on the Delete Account page.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eonamel is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eonamel is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in Greece and the European Union, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their place of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be available on this page.
